We specialize in treatments that celebrate the unique mineral wealth of North Bali. Our signature rituals use hand-harvested ingredients known for their high mineral content, while our body treatments draw deep impurities from the skin using earth from our sacred volcanic landscapes. Every oil, herb, and spice used in our therapies is organic and sourced from the lush hills and coastal gardens surrounding Aloka Bahari.

Head & Back Massage
Tension RelieverThis wonderfully soothing massage of your head, neck and forehead is highly popular and includes various elements of acupressure. Your tension will melt away with the gentle stimulation of your blood circulation to the gentle sound of the waves.
Traditional Balinese Massage
This Ayurvedic Essential Oil Massage combines several different techniques passed down through generations and influenced by the traditional medicine of India, China and South East Asia. It helps loosen facial restrictions and stimulates the lymphatic system.
Indonesian Urut Massage
In this therapeutic Balinese style which includes stretching, the masseuse uses palm and thumb pressure with deep effleurage techniques to draw oxygen into the muscles which relieves tension and improves blood circulation.
Foot Reflexology Massage
During this massage targeted pressure is exerted on specific zones of the feet. The aim is a positive influence on the associated organs and tissues which fully activates the self-healing powers of the body.
Hot Stone Massage
In order to bring body and soul into balance, heated stones are placed on your energy centres. Your body is massaged with the oil heated stones in soothing strokes to help release the effects of stress.
Deep Tissue Massage
A very specific massage treatment where the therapist uses knuckles and elbows to 'strip out' muscle tissue as far as possible to release chronic muscle tension, focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue.
Light Touch Massage
This gentler version of the Deep Tissue Massage is sometimes referred to as Light Touch Therapy. It incorporates elements of many therapies including lymph drainage, cranial sacro and gigong.
Soft Tissue Massage
Involves direct physical action on the muscle and other soft tissues of your body and it includes a range of massage depths, pressures and durations to alleviate aches and pains.
